Data Deletion

This page explains how to request the deletion of the personal data fenvira may hold about you, including data processed through the Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) as part of our social media management activity.

1. Request the deletion of your data

To request the deletion of all your personal data, send your request through our contact form:

How: use our contact form and add "Data Deletion Request" to your message.

Where possible, please include: your name, the email address concerned and, if relevant, the ID or name of the Facebook page / Instagram account involved.

We will process your request and delete the associated data within a maximum of 30 days, unless a legal retention obligation applies (notably accounting obligations). A confirmation will be sent to you by email.

2. Revoke the app's access to the Meta platforms

If you authorized us to manage a page or account through an app connected to your Facebook or Instagram account, you can withdraw that authorization at any time directly from your Meta settings:

  1. Go to Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings;
  2. Open the "Apps and websites" section (or "Business integrations");
  3. Find the relevant app in the list;
  4. Click "Remove" to revoke its access.

Once access is revoked, the app can no longer reach new data. For permanent deletion of data already processed, send the request described in section 1.
