This policy describes how fenvira ("we") collects, uses and protects personal data as part of its marketing, code and development activity, as well as when you use the website fenvira.com. We are committed to processing your data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data we collect
When you contact us
- Identity: name;
- Contact details: email address;
- The content of your message and information about your project.
When you browse the site
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed;
- Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function (see the Cookies section).
2. Use of the Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
As part of our social media management services, we administer Facebook pages and Instagram accounts both for ourselves and on behalf of our clients. To do so, we use Meta Platforms' official APIs (notably the Graph API) to publish, schedule and analyze the content of these pages.
- We only access the data needed to manage the pages we administer (published content, page statistics, page access tokens);
- We do not access the private personal data of visitors to these pages beyond the aggregated, anonymized statistics provided by Meta;
- Access tokens and credentials are stored securely and used exclusively to deliver the service;
- We do not sell, rent or transfer this data to third parties for advertising purposes;
- Our use of the Meta platforms complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your requests and establishing a contractual relationship — legal basis: your consent and pre-contractual measures;
- Delivering our services of page management and content publishing — legal basis: performance of the contract;
- Operating and securing the site — legal basis: our legitimate interest;
- Meeting our legal obligations (accounting, tax) — legal basis: legal obligation.
4. Retention period
- Prospect / contact data: up to 3 years after the last exchange;
- Client data: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then according to applicable legal retention periods (notably 10 years for accounting records);
- Connection data: 12 months maximum.
5. Recipients and processors
Your data is processed by fenvira. We may rely on technical providers (hosting, social platforms) acting as processors, who only use your data on our behalf. Our host is listed on the Legal Notice page.
6. Cookies
The site only uses cookies strictly necessary for it to work. No advertising or third-party tracking cookie is set without your prior consent.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You can exercise them at any time by using our contact form. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in France, the CNIL — www.cnil.fr).
8. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, modification or disclosure (encrypted connections, restricted access, backups).
