These terms govern the use of the website fenvira.com and the services offered by fenvira. By using this site or calling on our services, you accept these terms.

1. Purpose

fenvira offers marketing, code and development services: content strategy, creation and editing, page management and administration, content publishing, community management, website and application development, and automation.

2. Access to the site

The site is freely accessible to any user with an internet connection. fenvira strives to ensure continuous availability but cannot be held responsible for any interruption, whatever the cause.

3. Services

Services are subject to a separate quote and/or contract setting out the scope, timeline and pricing. For the management of pages on the Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), the client warrants that they hold the necessary rights over the pages and accounts entrusted and authorizes fenvira to publish content on their behalf.

4. User obligations

• Provide accurate information when getting in touch;
• Not use the site for unlawful purposes or purposes contrary to public order;
• Respect the intellectual property rights of fenvira and third parties;
• Comply with the terms of use of the third-party platforms involved.

5. Intellectual property

The site's content is protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited (see Legal Notice). Content produced for a client as part of a service is assigned to them under the terms of the corresponding contract.

6. Liability

fenvira applies the necessary means to deliver its services properly. Its liability cannot be engaged for indirect damage, for changes to the terms of use of third-party platforms, or for any fact attributable to the user or a third party.

7. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can request the deletion of your data through the Data Deletion page.

8. Changes to the terms

fenvira reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date you use the site, the date of which appears at the top of the page.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, jurisdiction is granted to the competent French courts.
